Organization is an important part of middle school. I wouldn't have been able to survive through through sixth grade without my planner, clean folders, lots of notes, and an organized schedule.
To begin with, if you have activities like writing club, volleyball, dance, football, or other extracurricular activities, make sure that school goes first. Middle school can be very challenging or very simple. To make it challenging, procrastinate, don't do your homework and projects, and make sports a priority. To make it simple have an organized schedule. Get home from school check your planner to see if you have too much homework. If you think you can manage your time then go to your sport, come home and do homework.
Another important organization tip is to keep your backpack organized. When your backpack is organized it is easy to find your homework/classwork. Always clean your backpack at least once a month. This will help you stay organized in middle school.
